Chicken RecipesIngredients:

  1. 500 gm chicken (Chopped in small pieces)
  2. 1 cup tomato chopped
  3. 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  4. 3 tablespoons of chili sauce
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 4 slices of green chili
  7. 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
  8. 2 teaspoons of ginger paste
  9. 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  10. 4 tablespoons of yogurt
  11. 1 cup of onion (coarsely chopped)
  12. 2 teaspoons of pepper powder
  13. 2 pieces of bay leaf
  14. Coriander to taste




  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry all the spices (slices of green chili, garlic paste, ginger paste, ½ cup onion, pepper powder, bay leaf) for a little time. Thereafter – add chopped tomato.
  2. Season chicken with yogurt and place them in a pan with the above ingredients (add some salt). Heat them over medium-high heat. Now, cover the pot until the chicken releases its juices (you should uncover the pot sometimes to see the condition. It may take 30-40 minutes depending on temperature)
  3. Now, place the chicken in a pot after it has been boiled well. Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, salt, slices of green chili, coriander. Now- You can serve.

  1. 1 piece whole chicken
  2. 1 cup of onion paste
  3. 5 pieces of green chili
  4. 2 tablespoons of garlic paste
  5. 3 tablespoons of ginger paste
  6. 1 cup of soybean oil
  7. 3 tablespoons of butter
  8. ½ cup of yogurt
  9. ½ cup of crispy fried onion
  10. 1 teaspoon of hot spices powder
  11. 3 tablespoons of nut and poppy seed paste
  12. 2 tablespoon of raisin
  13. 1 teaspoon of caraway’s water
  14. 2 pieces of boiled potatoes
  15. 2 pieces of boiled eggs
  16. 3 tablespoons of Cashew nut and pistachio nut paste
  17. Salt to taste



  1. Clean the inside of chicken well
  2. Fry boiled eggs and potato with salt for a little time
  3. Place eggs, potato inside the chicken
  4. Sew the chicken belly well and fry it over medium-high heat.
  5. Place all spices in the pan and heat for a little time.
  6. Mix yogurt slowly, add cashew nut and pistachio nuts paste, onion, green chili and caraway’s water.
  7. Heat them for 2-4 minutes.

  1. 500 gm boneless chicken
  2. 1 cup Chopped onion
  3. 3 tablespoons of butter
  4. 3 pieces green chili
  5. 2 tablespoons of ginger chopped
  6. 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  7. 2 pieces of egg white
  8. ½ cup of soybean oil
  9. 1 piece of Sizzling dish
  10. 3 tablespoon of tomato sauce
  11. 3 tablespoons of chili sauce
  12. Salt to taste
